this is helpful(or it will be lol) i just installed photoshop5.0 like 2 hrs ago and i'm drawing meh oc as a hibi. good tut! maybe when i learn the tools it will be easy to draw like this!^^

You should get a graphics tablet. It takes time to learn but when you do, all the power is in yout hands

But only a suggestion, your art is actually brilliant

If it utilizes the dodge and burn tool, then yes, it can also be done in your program.
