Yay! I made it! After several requests from friends, I made an eye tutorial! 8D You will have a behind-the-scenes look at how I make my eyes so shiny and animu-like. And since I only used a mouse to do this, anyone can do it! All you need is Photoshop 7.0 and a little variety. ^___^Related content

i have a question. i dont have photoshop, so i went to adobe.com and i saw sometin,and i was wonderin, is photoshop CS3 the same thing?
