GUYS, MEET MY NEW FAVOURITE COSTUME.I absolutely love how everything about this turned out. And I'm really proud of myself for managing to make the whole thing in less than three weeks. And I actually placed third in Tracon V's cosplay contest and won a trophy with this outfit, asdfasghhh. ;__;
This lady here's princess Alicia from Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria. I fell in love with the outfit the moment I saw it, bought the game and decided to cosplay her. I was a bit afraid I wouldn't have the skills to make everything look like I wanted to, especially when I had so little time, but the end result turned out better than I imagined.

Tuossa puvussa käytetyistä maaleista kultainen on merkiltään...ilmeisesti Marabu, hameissa näkyvät turkoosi ja violetti ovat sarjaa Pebeo Setacolor. Jotain vesipohjaisia maaleja taitavat olla. Marabun alkuperää en ikävä kyllä muista mutta jälkimmäiset on ainakin hankittu Helsingin Hobby Pointista. Eiköhän niitä löydy useammastakin askarteluputiikista tai nettikaupoista. 8>

Well, I only had about a month to make this and finish my other costume for Tracon. So I had to work pretty much nonstop to get this done in time, I'm sure it added up to a lot of hours. I'm never attempting to make anything this detailed in such a short time span again, haha.

I love the gold detail on the shirt and the boots look wonderful as well. It seems the boiling temperate you dealt with today was well worth the photo-shoot. No wonder you won an award with this.

Haha, those boots were a pain in the arse to make. Glad to hear it paid off.
Cosplay work is like all I've been doing these past few months, lol. Maybe I'll finally get back to drawing now that the con season's over for this year.
