I sort of understand this one but the phrasing makes it difficult to follow.Β Β
So Sayaka is comparing Homucifer to Hitler and saying, "if Hitler had conquered the world, he wouldn't have to hurt anyone"?Β Actually, the more I try to figure it out, the more I feel like Kyoko!

The dialogue I made between Kyouko and Sayaka was inspired by a podcast (I don't know where it was, but it's related to politics and propaganda mechanisms), where the answer to a specific question was "Good question, why Hitler didn't do it?"
Basically, the way Homura manipulates the world (and most people) and at least tries to manipulate Madoka and Sayaka is not much different than Hitler's idea in the Nazi Germany: get your brain and change the words you use so you think differently. He wanted to socialize people, the way they thought... everything about your character and you as a person... everything to control the agenda. In one of the last scenes of Rebellion, Homura suppresses Madokami's state to control and keep Madoka as a human, and Homura removes Sayaka's bigger powers (that is her ally Octavia, right? correct me if I'm wrong)... I mean, how much totalitarian can you become?
But if you want a shorter version of this... is basically a what if #hitlerdidnothingwrong and #homuradidnothingwrong have similar goals.

Gotcha. (and yeah, that's Octavia, her witch/doppel).
I kinda see what you're going for now but Sayaka's phrasing makes it challenging to follow. "Good question, why didn't Hitler do it?" might be more grammatically correct.

Thanks! On the grammar thing, I agree that it's correct. I made the question as literal as possible as the interviewee made in the podcast (like a copy paste). You have a point when you mention that the wording of the question is important.
Next time I'm gonna copy paste something and it's grammatically incorrect I'll do my best to keep this in mind and correct the grammar if there are errors.
