Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Alice would have always been a quiet girl with a very sharp mind. She had always been the target of pranks and bullies because everyone thought she was an easy target, but, Alice would be the one to laugh last (only inside of her mind tho, because she was great at hiding her emotions) when the people who annoyed her found that they had lost something important and were, therefore, punished for that. or when something disappeared and was magically found in their bags/backpacks.
Alice always had silent fingers and the fact that no one would expect her to actually steal something would only make her job easier. As she grew up, Alice, developed even more her thieving skills as she trained with everything and on everyone, but she also had to hide the fact that her actual job were to get things from people without their permission, and that is her way of saying she is a thief, Alice doesn't like the label too much and so she prefers to pass by as an adventurer or something else, also because it makes her real job a whole lot easier because, she still doesn't know why, people never expect her to be the thief.
I believe Alice would have always wondered why she kept doing what she does, and it sure took her a bit of time until she really realizes it. In truth, Alice is a bit of a kleptomaniac and she has a kind of urge to steal things. She doesn't necessarily keep everything, only the things she find really really cute, but now she understand that what began a a mean to protect herself (or at least get some real good laughs in her mind) became a whole lot more as she frequently uses her skills to almost everything, including to relax, because it really melts her stress away when she can snatch something! Actually, out of curiosity, her record of how fast she could steal something (yes, she keeps those) was of 17 seconds.
