The child of an American father and Japanese mother. She was always picked on as a child for it, for her blond hair and heterochromatic eyes. Her days were spent with people pointing at her, but her nights, her nights were filled with beautiful dreams. She would dream of a crystal kingdom on the moon, radiant and breathtaking. She never knew it then, but she was the reincarnation of Sailor Saturn.

She never told her parents about the dreams, or the teasing, but when she came home one day with a rather bad cut on her cheek they pushed her to join a martial arts club. Since then she had joined the Kendo club, the Archery club, and the Karate club, becoming one of the best in her school. She found that, in a match, it didn’t matter what she looked like, or who her parents were, what mattered was her skills.

She stayed ignorant of her past life until she was about twenty. On her birthday she received a ring in the mail. The package had no name on it, but inside held a beautiful ring with a purple stone in it. Inside, old memories stirred, memories of who she was, and her powers awakened. Since then she had been attempting to find a way to rebuild her home. But with little luck. That was, until Fuyuko Shironeko approached her for a position at the new Moonlight Academy.

Johanna sat silently on the mat, eyes closed, breathing slowed. She had been there for almost an hour, meditating in front of the classroom. The sun had just cleared the horizon, and she knew that the students would start coming in for their first day of classes. She would have to appear at the welcoming ceremony. Sighing she opened her eyes and got up. The door that led out of the small side room in the gym stood open and she walked through it. She made her way from the gym to the main school building, passing the janitorial men running past with the folding chairs for the ceremony. Today’s the day…No looking back. We are going to need these students to help rebuild the lost Moon Kingdom.
