There comes a point where a creator will let down their audience in some way or another. Maybe they're tired of their work, maybe they make a decision that excludes some or all of the audience, maybe they have circumstances where they just can't make it work. We don't always get an explanation. In this case, it's about control: what the artist can, cannot, and won't control.

Honestly, it was one of those things that, once i took a moment to actually think about it, made sense, but the initial ???? overwhelmed the usual sense.
Please please please do not think i'm criticizing your storytelling ability. That has never been an issue.Β
I'm one of those people that yells at the tv, because I get invested in characters, and your writing definitely gets me invested.

When you have a loved one that's very sick, you can go through a lot of emotions and lash out - you wonder what the point is - you want to lash out even when you seem calm and accepting. You destroy things.Β I killed my own chars when I went through this.Β But later I understood better and brought them back because they no more died than the person(s) (I'm old) I thought were gone and mourned.

Thank you. And it does hurt - I won't lie.Β But everything in its time and - really - they're still alive in my memory. And in my stories that other people have read.Β They still touch other people's lives too and the energy just sort of goes on and on - at least that's how I see it.Β Other people see differently - we all have to find our own way...
