He is like a modern day anthro Van Helsing, but he can't kill his own sister who is a Werewolf-like Bandicoot, Ash. Werecoot is actually a mutant.
He's in love with Nina C. but can't be near her because he dislikes Neo with a passion.

one, what program do you use to make these cool moving pics?
and two, if Creep found out tha Nina was seeing someone else or was in another relationship while still being what she is with him as you draw it how would he react?

And I'm not sure. If they were an original couple he might be heartbroken and maybe split up with her. Depends on her choice.
