I have to say that right away: The lighting came out amazing! I'm not sure if you took a photo of the painting or if you scanned it, but either way the lamp really shines. A lot stronger than the puny lightbulb in my version.

It's the first time I see a real reproduction of one of my works~! That's really amazing! What did you use? It looks at least party like it's done with acrylics. But the lines would be very hard to get done with that technique.

Haha, that's what art is about, I think. Breaking rules. d:

I'm currently learning to paint with acrylics only, so I have to check the glaze you mentioned. Sometimes, when I'm really not getting the details right, I use the acrylics for airbrush: They are like ink and a lot easier to work with. But also a lot more expensive. Plus, I feel like I'm cheating. d: I'm really impressed there and I will definitely have to try that next time without cheating.
