i tried my best... ;w; im not sure how well i did with the species, so please correct me if i made mistakes

Personality: curious, kind, outgoing, spontaneous (at extreme boredom)

Backstory: Raised in a small family with her mother, father, and younger sister, she was slightly sheltered, but she soon walked out into the world and discovered all it had. one day when she was reaching the age of 10, she wondered out to a small lake she stumbled upon on one of her adventures late at night, seeming to be guided by fireflies, she looks into the water at herself. giggling, she splashed at the water. the fireflies scattered and something seemed to grab her arm from the water. getting dragged down, she frantically tries to get back up, but she keeps getting pulled down. with her eyes clamped shut, she is pulled to a small puddle at the bottom. (That alone confused her) she then looked at it and saw herself, gently putting her hand on it, a surge of some kind of shock shot up her arm, seeming to freeze her arm on the reflection. she gasped as more air escaped her lungs, she then tries to get away by kicking the reflection, but it just causes the same surge now through her leg. all of a sudden, she manages to break free from her swimming, going up to the surface as fast as she can. as she then brought herself back to shore, she looked at her arm and leg to see that a strange swirl pattern was either burned or etched into her skin, seeming to burn faintly, but she just stared at it as it faintly glowed in the pond. still in shock she raced back home, and never spoke about that night until the next day, when her sister asked. the marks remain with her to this day, seeming to burn faintly when she touches water.
