A little bit about Charlies:

At age 7 his father taught him to read, and soon he craved to read more more, his love for books started to grow, his mother's father was a skilled artisan, and young charles was sent away to study under a master at age 13. At age 18 old enough to make his own dicisions(oop) he marched out in search of knowledge. hHe traveled for a good while collecting all sorts of books and maps and old documents before returning to the owl kingdom, but when he returned he wanted to share all of his experiences and what he had learned, so he did this by opening up The Montgomery Library to share all of his knowledge with the kingdom and it's visitors, although if you don't turn in a book on time he get's quite bitter!
