Thank you . You have no idea how much tutorial I've tried that not work for me ... Plus I'm a beginner so it's not easy . Hope I'm gonna be good with your tutorial . Which brush do you use for the bright part ? I have tried this with Gaussian blur but its not working well .

Not really, I am never really satisfied with my linearts actually 
But someone told me that you could do the best linearts with ''painttool SAI'' but I've never tried it.
