It took me 3 days. But ... all that have this puppet at the moment - the parts that you see. I couldn't even make the head spin smoothly. I obviously need help.I'm still thinking about open access. I guess I will not give a model for public use. Or will.

2019 UPDATE
Okay, as you're already understood, there won't be an open access for the puppet. I don't think there's a need after so much time.
It was upgraded by BrutalWeather some time ago (mouths, mane, tail, etc), so he can use it. I also remember giving this puppet to ILoveKP team, can't say I'm happy with that.
And, yes, there is nothing wrong with head only because it isn't rotates smoothly.

Oh, it's actually easy. You should download some good free pony puppet and learn how it works. The principle of work is the same. Then try to create your own.

Hmm im not sure i guess i could give it a shot ,iv have been trying for a while now and i still have not gotten the hang out it , i just get frustrated and quit but i really do wanna learn how to i just dont have anyone to show me how , so you learned on your own?

Yes. All I had was a few pony puppets, and it took a lot of time to understand how they works. I've made a lot of puppets since that time and even now I am making some mistakes. Mistakes are ok.
So, you need to download any free pony puppet (don't reccomend Double Rainboom puppets, they are awful), and just learn how every symbol works. Go inside them, don't be afraid to experiment. Then try to build puppet of someone, better try on canon character, you can redraw their details from screenshots. To do something your own, it needs a lot of time and practice.

Iv made better ones now iv made a fluttershy and applebloom that are much better now, and i can draw that was just my first try i didnt know what i was doing but now i do

I still think about it. There is one thing, my parasprite puppet. I saw that it was used at least 5 times in different videos and gifs, but no one gave me credit. How can I trust others and give them that puppet, if nobody can credit even under little parasprite.

This is awesome! also i see what you mean by the head , umm was the reference pictures of her
steady or slanted? it shouldnt be that hard to fix, if you want i could try helping or sending
different reference pictures if you need them

Her head is placed on different pictures in different ways. This causes difficulties. Especially the front side hard to equate with the others. But I'm more or less already corrected it. Help isn't needed yet, maybe then. But thanks)
