I can't believe I actually finished this ~ I was working on this off and on while reading the FMA manga and when I finished, I was motivated to complete it.I have a HUGE soft spot for these guys, to the point I really wish they had a bigger role in the story. I have yet to watch the Brotherhood (mostly because I don't feel up to reading subtitles, unlike other anime lovers, I prefer dubs) so if they have more screen time there, I have no idea.
I am also very proud of this painting since it's one of my best since I got my wacom, plus I'm determined to get 10x better before my second year at college. Unfortunately, my portfolio wasn't one of the winners for the freshman year review (there were 5,) but second years have to come to their reviews and speak with whoever is reviewing, so by that time I'm hoping my traditional gets better as well - I plan on blowing people away, wish me luck lol.
On another note, my favorite characters happen to be Dorochet, Greed, A. Armstrong, and Havoc. After getting to the end of the manga, Greed's leave nearly made me cry - manga hasn't done that to me yet so kudos! But why did Pride have to liiiiive!!! Okay, he doesn't appear to be the same kid from before but STILL! Lin could have pulled him back or...something, it wasn't till the battle scene that I fell in love with Greed in Lin's body (I prefer the original, sorry man.)

Yeah I just got to...episode...30? When Greed comes back and they changed the English voice actor (I cannot CANNOT stand subtitles) and even though I love Chris too, he just doesn't have it down like Troy did... TT TT regardless, still awesome.

.... Uh, that sounds kinda backwards... Chris was the original Greed and Troy's the new Greed. Or did you mean that you like Troy better? I personally think they both sound great with Greed, I just miss Chris. And yes, still awesome.
I kinda like the Japanese voices better... That and I want to learn Japanese sometime, XD. Although I can understand not wanting to read all that and miss the action.

Lol yeah I had that backwards sorry haha I have no interest in learning other languages, I can't pick up on it like other people and I've tried, I can probably learn to read it but I can't listen to a native and understand them (blasted accents lol)

I'm 'learning' Spanish in school, but it isn't that interesting, and the likelihood of me actually using it is small, even considering where I live, XD. (If I do speak in Spanish, all the Mexicans/Hispanic people that live near by would stare at me and mutter something about me being a weird white chick in either Spanish or English, XD). Whereas with Japanese, I would actually use that, since I'm too impatient to wait for D.Gray-man to become fully dubbed, XD.
It's an honest mistake; if I hadn't been fretting over Chris being in Soul Eater with Troy somewhere else, I probably would've gotten them mixed up, too, XD. (Troy is Excalibur and Chris is the Kishin Asura)

Lol I have a friend in his...3rd year of school and he majors in Japanese so he's practically fluent in comparison to me and my other friend in my year (2nd years) is minoring in it since she hopes to live in Tokyo at some point in time. I say learn the language of the place you want to live in, otherwise it's a hobby. ^^

My shool doesn't offer Japanese, so I can't learn it with them(I bet I'd hate it if I /did/ have it with the school, though, XD).

I don't know any high schools that offer anything other that Spanish and French, other languages are taught mostly at college level or if parents are rich enough and have the initiative they send their kids to be tutored for it at a better age for learning in elementary school.
If I were to go back in time I would have asked to be given more karate and horse-back riding lessons lol

Lawl, I probably would've said the same; I have no initiative to fight/ anyone, mostly 'cause I was taught as a kid that I'm 'too strong for my own good', 'must contain myself'. So... fighting now makes me nervous, XD. (My best friend's in judo, though, so I don't need to learn it. If I wanna kick someone's arse, I can either do it myself go the lazy way and let her do it, XD) /slightly immature? IDK...
I dunno about horses, though. I used to like the idea of them, but now I'm afraid I'll get stepped on, XD.

Yeah that hurts, but it's getting used to them is key, kind of like walking amongst a crowd of people and 'feeling' your way through them without touching them. Everything has a learning curve ^^

Also, they've already started playing the English Dubbed Brotherhood in the US. I think they're up in the teens for the episodes now.

I know for sure that Adult Swim(Cartoon Network) plays them every Saturday at midnight. They might be playing it on the Funimation Channel, too, considering it's their show I think.
