Description This is similar to my last few submissions, only this one was all digitally painted! well, except for the textures of course. I don't usually do realistic digital painting, so I thought I'd try something new. I used a photograph of myself as reference for the face.

This is the beginning image. I took it and changed the girl a bit and added a different background to make a completely different atmosphere. I'll be submitting that version right after this one.

In the thumbnail, I liked the other other better, because it was more catchy to the eyes, but seeing the two in a bigger version, I have to say i like this one better ... The face is more humane, seems more real and rise subtler feelings, while the other one is more of a mask in its attitude. I could even start to like the person behind the drawing of the girl here.

I like the organic? feel of this version, rather than the blonde and red lips. The bluish skin seems almost translucent. I probably couldn't have told the difference between this digital painting and all your other manipulations, but there seems like there's more presence? Its a beautiful image.
