Another pretty simple custom. Just converted the Trackmaster model using the bogies (and stems) from a Bachmann Mail car, then given HO scale buffers and hooks (originally planned to keep the original buffers, but when tested with Troublesome trucks, it didn't fit)

Hector's ("Heavily Engineered Coal Truck On Rails") character is actually one I like. It's a reverse on "All that glitters, isn't gold". Hector was originally thought to be angry and aggressive, roaring at people to "Keep away". But when a coal order came up, and Hector was needed, He scared Rosie away, which pushed Thomas to, literally, push Hector off the rails. Hector then reveals the reason he's scary is because so he would not have to carry coal, being scared of doing so. After being helped back onto the rails, Thomas showed him it was actually quite fun.

He later on helped James through a snowstorm at great waterton.

It was basic, but overall I'm glad I made him
