On rivers and lakes of all across the sun empire you might find this peculiar pokemon, if they spot you, they will swim away at a ridiculous speed, you might lure them with their favorite treat, cucumbers. On raining days you might find them too wondering around on roads and even on the village, once again, they disappear at full speed, almost as if they vanish in the air.Carraduck, Water/Rock

Ho! If there's carracosta in the mix for this pokemon, does this mean that the yokai is both fresh and salt water based? There doesn't seem to be a dish, so you can't get away by bowing to it, so is there alternative tricks to surviving an encounter with this yokai?

Yes, you have to go in couples, when a kappa blocks your way you proceed to kick the other person as hard as you can in the back part of their knees making sure they won't be able to get up nor escape. Say a pray for the dammed's souls, head straight home and never talk about what happened that day again.
