How did I do it? Do you mean what tools did I use or something else?

I mainly use Photoshop CS3, in this case I sketched out the general pose first and then on another layer inked it with the Pen Tool.Β Then I coloured it using several other layers.

Woohoo! Another great job doing a TDI girl in bunny suit! Looks like she's fascinated with her cute bunny ears ^w^.
