Hi there!
Today I'd like to share this uncle Iroh illustration I did a few days ago.
Curious fact, this is my first drawing for this character ever! Why? Well, he's one of these characters I always loved, but never did fanart of because I used to worry I was going to draw him badly! XD

But I tried a drawing of him at least once, because he was one of the coolest, most sweet and endearing characters in Avatar!
I always loved his jovial, caring and fatherly personality. And admired his wisdom and appreciation for the equilibrium in everyday life, which he include on his life and tried to teach to the ones he cared about.

I think I felt particularly fond with him because of how he protected and cared of Suko after he was exhiled, and helped him to find himself and to realize he could chose his own destiny, despite that Suko was very often self-centered, and ungrateful.

He is very heartwarming, loving and welcome. He inspires calm and trust, and makes you feels like you can talk about anything with him and to tell you about your dreams, fears, hopes, and questions. I guess that's why when I watched Avatar, he was one of my favorite characters.
