Lil fleeces first show! All she had to do was stand there and look pretty but nope Lookit how well she did. 10/10 top effort. [ thats supposed to be sand stuck on her.... wasnt sure how to make that looks decent -_- ]

First entry for The Spring Fling Show Who have kindly also allowed us to use some of their facilites! so Ali can Actually try to ride Fleece- which could be interesting.

The male sighed shakily. Okay, first completion. No biggy. All Fleece had to do was stand there and look pretty. He’d spent a good hour making sure the mare was immaculate, her golden coat caught the sun beautifully and thankfully he’d washed her mane and tail several times the day before to make sure it was super glossy. Tugging at the shirt collar he gave the mare a gentle cluck to move forward, why where showing jackets so tight and uncomfortable?

Gravel turned to soft sand beneath his polished boots, he took a quick scan of the other horses. All impeccably groomed and standing contently beside their handlers., one almost looked as though it had fallen asleep. He walked her briskly over to her spot in the line, Fleece merrily following along behind, ears flicking this way and that to catch the sounds of the spectators and other horses. She gave a soft nicker to sooty palomino looking mare beside them, tossing her head in greeting. Ali gave a small smile to the girl holding the other mare.

“That’s a pretty mare , what breed is-” He however didn’t managed to get much further as his own mare had apparently gotten bored of standing still after all of 4 seconds. Fleece shifted her weight and made a move to go onto her knees “ No- Don’t you dare-“

Too late, the golden chestnut had flopped onto her side with a happy snort and proceeded to roll merrily in the sand. A soft curse and tug on the lead rope did nothing to stop her rolling. Several more attempts and Fleece had made it perfectly clear she would rather roll than stand. He groaned and dropped the lead rope, rubbing the back of his head. He moved to walk away; the mare made a small sound of protest and rolled onto her side, seemingly confused as to why her handler wasn’t enjoying this as much as she was. She snorted, shook some sand from her mane and hauled herself up to trot after her handler.

He grabbed hold of the lead rope once more and rubbed the mares’ nose with a weary expression. So she couldn’t jump properly and apparently standing still was also out of the question. He wasn’t looking forward to the free jumping.
