● Contrary to his mellow looks, he has a horrible, horrible mouth on him. Please cover the childrens' ears.
● Easily gets angry at people that screw up simple things --like forgetting to heal him
● Primarily PVE
● He's stingy with purchasing things like potions or one-time use items; he'd much rather put the ingots towards better equipment

Personality:
In real life, Jace is the sarcastic older brother of his adorable 6-year-old sister Leliana and enjoys a comfortable upper-middle class life. He's stubborn to a fault, with a tendency to ignore the advice of others in favor of fumbling through things on his own; and ironically enough, he gets pissed at people for doing the same. However, he prefers to keep his judgments to himself, and as a result is usually pretty quiet. Faced with no other choice, he will follow the advice of others, but very very reluctantly. He moves around frequently due to his mother's job, gets decent grades in school and spends the majority of his time under the radar; he has people to talk to in class, and people to wave to in the hallways, but no real close friends. He's a little upset about that fact, but he deals with it, knowing that soon enough his family will pack up and move again.

Online, he doesn't have to deal with the problem of making new friends every three months, and he's much more social and open to connections, although his sarcasm and stubbornness stay with him. He's also more prone to actually voice his opinions and swear people out across the screen for being useless or messing up, especially in games--although despite his profanity and general complaints, he's a pretty good team player and does his best to keep party members from dying. On the whole though, as long as you're not wasting his time he's really rather approachable.

History:
Jace was born into a family that, while loving, went through enough bumps in the road to warrant a mutually agreed, if painful divorce between his parents just two years after Leliana's birth. Fortunately, his mother and father are still on good terms both with each other and the children, and one weekend a month they fly out to their father's home to spend some time with him (during which time Jace kicks his dad's butt at fighting games).

It was on one of these weekends that his father happened to mention an article he'd read on the Age of Steam beta, and offhandedly asked if his son was interested. Cradling Leliana in his lap, Jace shrugged and said sure, it sounded like something he'd play. He'd always enjoyed MMORPGs, but didn't often get the chance to buy them (he refuses to buy anything not on sale). So when he and Leliana flew back home, he entered his room to see a package on his floor and a "Love, Dad" note stapled hapahzardly to the box. He laughed a little, shrugged, and opened up the box.

● If he is in the same room as Leliana, he will dote on her without end. He's become a master at French braiding now.
● He's known around school for being kind of a weird, quiet, broody new kid.
