Description I really wanted to do a picture of Misty and Frillish. I don't know why, I just thought it would be cool if they were glowing underwater.

This picture was so frustrating--I had such a hard time doing the color and lighting.

Well, you sure managed to fix it up perfectly! I can imagine it's easy to get something as offbeat as this right in one go, so I'm not surprised, hahah. It's especially amazing that you made Jellicent look like an actual jellyfish. I just love the transparency.
