We got out to Phillipe Park for some fresh air yesterday. The huge ancient oak tree is probably my favorite spot in the entire park. It's amazing to think about what that tree has seen and experienced for as long as it's been there. This is the tree that inspired me to add the "tree folk" to "A Clock With No Hands." I often wonder about what trees could tell us if they were able to communicate verbally to us; I already believe they can spiritually, as can any living thing. I always feel so refreshed whenever I'm out in nature. Keep on writing!
