Trying to be more active on this site. I think I'll start with making concept sketches of the weird stuff that pops into my head.

Such as this nice fellow here. Recently I've been reading scythemantis 's Awful Hospital which has such a beautiful mix of gross anatomy and cartooniness that I simply could not not have made a monster out of sheer inspiration. Seriously, really fantastic comic that anyone with an interest in goofy, creepy, gross, medicinal, or biological weirdness should definitely check out.

So, yeah, this guy. Was trying to aim for his entire body being perfectly symmetrical from a bird's-eye view, but I just noticed that not only did I put only one thumb on each hand, but the placement is inconsistent between the large drawing and the other smaller ones that show the thumbs... Eh, I do like the humanness of the thumbs, but I'll make it just strange enough as to make each hand the exact same like in the biggest drawing.
