Well this was my first weekend outing with my new Nikon D90. Simply put, it's lovely!

I don't know whether it's a bloke thing but I wanted to test this to its limits, and decided on a low light shot with 30s exposure at f22 with a exposure compensation at its limit too.

This is Trevose Head lighthouse up on the North coast of Cornwall. Ordinarily this place is windswept, cold and inhospitable to all but the brave. For once though, wrapped up against the cold, a long awaited trip is now complete.
