Well the DLC extinction. You unlock the taxidermy and the taxidermy tool on that map then you move back on SE. For more info you can check on YouTube. The head trophy is sonethung else and you put it in a trophy wall that you can craft in your inventory

You can take the dermis from living tames and from the DEAD wild ones, boss included
