There are so many of them D: But I can't just sit on art while it's finished so I'll release them slowly.

Alright, I'll explain who Garik is: Astrid and Hiccup's oldest son. Ugh, I know, I know, there are so many floating around but I needed a design before I wrote him. Children are doubtlessly in Hiccup's future. Fortunately, he exists for Hiccup and Astrid development, not to play around with an OC.
He has his mother's eyes and face shape. He has dimples. His hair tends to curl. He's a confident little boy though his track record isn't exactly clean. "I got this" is probably his most abused quote, followed by "oops". He usually doesn't "got it" but he's good about laughing it off. It's the thought that counts.

The good news is... he turned out adorable! But what would you expect with those parents?

Reason for name: This is me taking liberties with canon. It is not fact. I have 'Garik' as Grimbeard the Ghastly's original name. He baptized himself Grimbeard because of his profession, reputation, and stellar beard. Garik II isn't quite the cutthroat Grimbeard was but he dreams big like his father.
