Science time! As most of you probably know, cold is just an "illusion" to represent a lack of energy. This couples with the fact that energy can neither be created or destroyed, just transformed or moved. Things that generate cold are really just moving heat somewhere else(hence why your fridge is warm in some spots).

Cirno seems to ignore this law entirely. When she freezes stuff, nothing else gets warmer. So she is either sweeping the energy into some sort of hidden place or destroying it all together.

Now: laws of physics CAN be broken, but the only things capable of doing so are exponentially powerful. Therefore, Cirno must be exponentially powerful in order to destroy energy.
