Description
Name: Elizabeth “Betty" Katherin FogartyBorn: November 28, 1917; Troy, New York
Died: November 2, 1978; Mishawaka, Indiana (age 60)
Allegiance: Assassins
Bio: The youngest of 5 children, Betty was born in the city of Troy, New York, to William Henry Fogarty and Mary Catherine McGrath, whose parents were all immigrants from Ireland with a sparse but prominent history with the Assassin Brotherhood. Betty herself took on a strong pride in her Assassin heritage, and would often spend her time at the local hideout to learn their history and train in their ways. She herself rarely went out into the field though, and mostly stuck to local adventures that didn't demand much action. While she enjoyed her time growing up, there was always that part of her that wanted more out of her life. Little did she know, her chance would rear its head when World War II broke out in 1939, due to the Templars influencing the world leaders to send the world into anarchy in hopes of scaring the common people into their control. As a cover for bringing the United States into the war along with their other puppets, the Templars had the Japanese bomb the US naval base at Pearl Harbor in 1941, prompting the US to join the conflict on the side of the Allies.
As the United States thrust itself forward to become a war machine, Betty jumped at the chance to become one of its cogs and fight the Templars trying to pull the strings. She became a factory worker, helping to send supplies to their brothers overseas. And overtime, she became more and more involved with the United States military. In January 1944, she signed up for the WAVES division (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service) of the Navy, and was soon shipped off to the west coast to defend the nation from any Templar threats lurking there. She was stationed mainly in Seattle, where she met a young corporal named James Junior Spainhower, who turned out to also be an Assassin. The two ended up going on several adventures fighting the Templars together during their time in the navy, growing a relationship and eventually marrying in Seattle on June 24, 1944.
The war came to a close in 1945, after the Templars influenced the United States to commit an atrocity by dropping atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Assassins Adler Nesher and Alouette Alexandre would later infiltrate the White House to punish President Truman for this by taking his Apple of Eden, putting the final dent in the Templars plans after having foiled another of their plots by killing the Templar agent Adolf Hitler. Betty and James meanwhile remained in military bases across the Pacific and West Coast until spring 1946. They returned to Betty's hometown of Troy to try and settle down after their adventure, and the following year, their twin children, Jim and Bill, were born. They also had a daughter whom they named Mary. By 1951, they had moved to the town of South Bend, Indiana, closer to James’s hometown and family.
However, the family dynamic didn't hold up forever. Tensions between Betty and James (or more specifically his mean streak and attitude), led to them divorcing in the 1960s. James would eventually go on to marry another woman named Doris Young, but Betty herself never remarried. She spent most of her later years back in the normality of her youth, the adventure of wartime and family life wearing her out finally. She maintained good relations with her children and their kids, working the simple life as a store clerk while taking small Assassin missions on the side. As she approached the age of 60, she started developing Bronchogenic Adenocarcinoma due to the smoking habits of her and her ex-husband. It ultimately led to her passing away in 1978, peaceful but tired.
Betty is the great grandmother of modern Assassins Carter Spainhower and Chelsea Patterson.

Forget blades, swords and bazookas: just have them make a cute face and their enemies will explode into rainbows.
