Description
Another friend of mine asked if I could make him an OC reference sheet and I ended up making this as the finished result, and thankfully he liked it a lot
Name: Castillo DeSangre
Born: July 16, 1781; Nuevo León, New Spain
Died: Date Unknown; Location Unknown
Allegiance: Assassins
Bio: Castillo and his twin brother Caesar were born in Nuevo Léon to a mother who died in childbirth and a father who couldn't bear the weight of the loss. Their father abandoned the boys, putting them up for adoption in a town called Ponte Verde before disappearing from their lives. The boys were adopted by a wealthy family, and life was good up until their teenage years. Around this time, much of Mexico was in an uproar over the way their Spanish rulers were treating them, and so the Spanish Army was sent out to crush these rebellions. One such raid ended in the burning of Castillo’s home and the death of his brother. From that point on, he vowed vengeance on the Spanish.
At some point in the early 1800s, he ran into the Assassins, and from them he learned of the Templars that controlled the oppressive Spanish colonial government. He joined the Brotherhood in hopes of putting an end to their enemies’ schemes, and spent a fair amount of time travelling around in order to meet new friends and build up his Brotherhood in Mexico. In the States, he met an Assassin named Aiden Kenway and his rogue Templar wife, Hydrazi Bushnell, who became his close friends. In France, he met an Assassin named Emmaline Anderson, whom he eventually fell in love with, married, and had a son with. The couple would eventually travel back to Mexico, where they spent the first few years of their marriage raising their child.
Tragedy separated the family in 1808, however. Tensions between the Mexican colonists and their Spanish leaders grew more and more violent and extreme, and it soon became evident that war was on the horizon. Castillo had Emmaline take their son with her back to Europe for their own safety while he stayed behind to make sure his homeland was safe from the Templars. Emmaline was heartbroken over it, but she did as such nonetheless. The Mexican War for Independence officially began in September 1810, when a Mexican priest named Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla called upon insurgent colonists in Dolores to fully take up arms against the Spanish. Castillo worked with his fellow Assassins to eliminate major Templar players throughout the war until its conclusion finally came in 1821. With his country liberated and away from the claws of the Templars, Castillo finally returned to his wife and child in France, where they spent most of their lives together in harmony.

Can we please get back to Assassins Through History? It's been way too long since you worked on one of those.

It has been a while, hasn't it? I should try and find the time to get back to those. I'm pretty sure I'm not even halfway done XD
It's just hard since I have so many other projects (I'm about a fifth of the way through the next fanfic and trying to speed it up lol)

I was too busy then, and I'm even more busy now because I did these two things for my friends. These pics were for special occasions of theirs, so I had to squeeze them into my schedule just so that I could do it on time. Reference sheets are easy to do, so if that's what you're asking for I may be able to consider it. But now, between moving to college and juggling some personal issues, I barely have the time to make anything for others aside from the simplest pictures.

I do have a few ideas for a Wild West fanfic/OC, but as of now I can't see any means of making a it full story that connects to the rest of Project Thunderbird

I find 16th and 17th centuries of AC Universe more interesting. And when we examine the game series, we played the games of these centuries. But we didn't see alternate storylines for other countries. So I want to see your works for these eras.

It was a pretty unique and highly explored time period
The only 16th century OC I have that's fully fleshed out is Kahente though Though I do have a few concept sketches/story outlines for my Protestant Reformation headcanons.
