Bio: Feather Duster grew up in Canterlot with her mother, father, and little brother. Ever since she was capable of holding a blade, Feather's parents gave her lessons on properly dueling with them. Her parents loved her and taught her and her brother the importance of freedom, kindness, and compassion. The foals loved their parents in return, and they all lived happily.

Feather often suspected that her parents were leading her and her brother to a higher purpose. She would often ask her aunt, who she enjoyed being around as much as she did her parents, if this was the case. Her aunt would simply smile and dodge her questions. One night, though, she would get her answers. A small group of masked ponies came in the night and set fire to the family's house. Her parents and her aunt fought off the attackers, but unfortunately, her parents didn't survive the flames.

Her aunt took the two foals somewhere safe. There, she told them of their heritage. She told them that their family is deeply rooted in the Assassin brotherhood, an ancient order dedicated to defending the liberty and freedom of all of Equestria. They learned that the ones who burned their house were Templars, the Assassins' archenemies. After learning of the Templars' goals of domination, Feather and her brother proudly agreed to fight for the Assassin cause. Feather made her way through the Assassin ranks over the years, and she eventually earned the title of mentor.
