Hmm.. well, the water, I think, looks a little unnatural.
It looks flat? I don't know.
Can you use different shades of blue? Do you think you could color it in 1 direction so that the water flows a bit more smoothly? Maybe I'm being nitpicky, but that's what I think P:

Hm. Yeah, I see what you mean. I do need to practice with water. It's a bit challenging to make it look natural when the picture just has a little of it. My blue colored pencil isn't very good for coloring in tight spaces. Thanks for the advice.

Okay! Yeah, that makes sense. You could also use like, light blue or white for the reflection of light.

I might try using lighter colors in later pictures. I don't think it would've worked here, though. Anything that would be a light source is blocked from the water, so there wouldn't be much of a reflection.
