Name: Phil Billings

Allegiance: Templars

Bio: Little is known about Phil's early life. It's believed he joined the Templars at a young age, possibly during World War II for his show of skill in combat. Eventually his service to the Order got him placed at the head of Abstergo's Project Mogul based initially at New York University, and later in the 1950s at the newly constructed base at Area 51. It was a project dedicated to gathering Pieces of Eden and other isu technologies to reverse engineer them for service to the Order.

While the project and its ultimate goal were top secret, their enemies began to catch on. After a slip up in Roswell in 1947, an Assassin named Bromden Arnolds began to pick up the trail and started investigating. In 1957, Bromden travelled to and investigated the Area 51 base, uncovering the basics of the Templar plot. This would send the Assassin spiraling down the rabbit hole, right in the way of Billings’ plans. Something that Billings did not appreciate.
