I know they just used a random character model for the guy that pulled lil’ Ratonhnhaké:ton away from the flames, but I like to imagine it was Shay who did it. Like, maybe while he was chasing his leads on the Precursor Box, he caught wind that George Washington's men were about to burn down Kanatahséton, and so he rushed over to the frontier to try and save the people in the village. But then he found that he was too late and just tries to save as many people as he could, including lil’ Ratonhnhaké:ton. Something like that.Related content

This is really well done, congrats mate. Even though I really do not like Connor, (Sorry Connor fans,) I really do like this drawing of Shay in his Native Armour outfit, saving him from the fires.

For some reason I thought George Washington was Connor's friend and they are allies.

I thought it was the Templars who burned Connor's village.

No, it was George Washington's men who carried out the attack, and the Templars just happened to be the last thing Connor saw before the event. That's why Connor cut his ties with both Haytham and Washington when Haytham showed Connor proof that it was Washington.
