After a moment of careful and skillful balancing by her
she patiently and forcefully bent her back, until she reaches her limit, then twisted her torso clockwise so she could reach her inner thigh to push even more to a deeper backbend. In the end, she tried to even use
her chin and locked her neck on her thighs to prevent her tight twisted backbend to release itself due to the tension. We can see her relieved a bit after being able to rest in this pose, after working so hard
to get to it.
