As a Raltz, she wasn't a vorer yet, just very angry and annoyed by pokemon around her

As a Vorlia, she gained a craving and thus she ate any Pokemon that annoyed her but had the self control to not go overboard. Always had some pokemon inside her gut

Once she evolved into a Gardevoir, her hunger became insatiable and is now the overindulgent vorer who always eats more than she could possibly handle
