It would be fun if a sweet girl discovered a merman and they start having secret meetings... she brings him food from the land and he loves it... over time he keeps growing bigger and bigger as they fall in love ....I can see a scene where he has grown big enough that she can lay on his belly as he floats on his back...just an idea

lol he was huge before she met him, but he definitely gets her to bring human food to the ocean because all he can usually get is fish and stuff ^^ And he is definitely already big enough for her to lay on his belly and not take up much space at all.
Although he's like a shark mermaid *and they'll eat anything* a lot of the others joke that he's actually a whale.

That's awesome to get more of the story...I was trying to suggest another story where she helped him gain weight as their relationship grew.
