it's actually the normal watercolor brush, i didn't even change the settings XD

How do you recolour the lines?

i make a layer above it, put it on clipping group and fill the layer with the bucket tool. that way i can choose colors simpler by putting the mode on "shade" or "multiply".
but if you just want it black or something you can just select "preserve opacity" and color it over with the pen or something.
if you use sai c:
