Description
I've started to build a basic airport/spaceport landing area for doing scenes, so thought I'd try it out. All models are mine apart from the Dystopia City blocks, which are by Moebius and available from my website and Team Dystopia.Related content

Looks great, the vehicles really give a good scale to this small starship. The Landbarge (sans autocannon) is probably the most used vehicle design by the games club I'm in, its chunky wheels and suspension make it the ideal rover for frontier worlds.

Yeah, I occasionally do searches to see who is using my stuff and I see the landbarge pop up in lots of RPG stats type pages illustrating some off world truck. Actually I prefer the 'Beefy Truck' unfinished project that is in the spares & repair section of my site. I keep thinking I should go back and refine it and finish it.

Unless one of the guys has published something to the web I wasn't aware that any had made it online of our use of it. At one point (when my son was alive) I made a 1/72nd scratchbuild of it think its still in with the Aftermath stuff to be honest. Its a marvelous design a cross between a shado mobile and a late 60's stalwart. We set it as a 12 displacement ton ATV, fusion driven almost unlimited endurance with three decks in the rear - bottom most being its drive and powerplant then the main level with the cab, cargo bay and bike storage (the small monowheel bikes to give extra mobility to the explorers that don't need to have the whole vehicle along). Top deck was a crew flat.
Different referees have adapted the design for many purposes but the explorer (unarmed) version is most popular. I'll have to track down some player handouts and post them so you can see how we've used your model.

It's a Star Wars vehicle at rpggamer.org as well. I used to play W40K, and indeed may be starting up again, but man I suck at painting and building the models.
I cant help but be influenced by the Shado Mobile and the Stalwart, they are such amazing designs and really stand out from the crowd. Every now and again I get the urge to build a new truck when I see something on TV that reminds me of them. The last time was the moon trucks in the movie 'Moon'.

Very cool idea. Always love to see ships landed in this fashion. It's a rare sight in the Trek universe. Nicely done!
Also good to see the proportions seems right!
