Just a basic reference sheet for my Magikoopa OC. Or can this be called a sketchdump?? ...Nah, ref.
Like I said in his bio, Koukai was SUPPOSED to join Bowser's army when he was young, but he ran away out of fear before his mother had a chance to register him. He still has his Magikoopa wand, but keeps it hidden for when he wants to try more dangerous spells (or wants a trip down memory lane). When using his hands or the black wood staff, his magic is green, but when using his old wand, it's pink.
