An Otakon print.This is a fanart of Miwa Shirow's DOGS manga series, whose visual style I like very much.
Most of the characters here are learning how to sew from Badou on the far right. The image is a bit of an inside joke of sorts

Wahahahaha, I really loved the scene with Badou sewing. Maybe I'd be really a god idea to teach them how to sew...especially Haine. He always gets those holes in his clothes due to the bullets

I read DOGS ages ago and I still can't make up my mind on it-- amazing, beautiful artwork in a style I can't get enough of, but the plot was totally opaque and I'm still not sure what it was even about. Sort of like Advent Children that way...

I love my inside jokes.
It's clean linework with patches of black cellshading, but not in the same way Miwa does his lines and shapes. I don't ever wanna feel like I'm completely knocking him off oAo.
