There are many theories about Tourette's. I founded different lyrics, and many argue about it (what does he really say ?).
Indeed Cobain doesn't seem to shout the same lyrics every time (In Utero VS Live). In fact, I guess this wasn't important, this song just looks like a fun track to make noise, giving maximum energy and a high tension feeling.
This describes Tourette's syndrome : saying / yelling meaningless words (sometimes insults) while reaching a high level of stress.

That's a bit hypnotic. And a bit scary, 'cause there is a lot going on. At the same time there is so much space you could just step in and get lost.

Thanks a lot ! I wanted to point anger and sickness behind the words, and how someone affected by Tourette's syndrome could be overwhelmed (even though I have no idea what it feels like).
But I think everybody could get hysteric, that's why I used a classical font instead of a crazy-grunge-destructed one.
