This is for my dear friend Julian, who lives in Berlin, Germany. Herzlischen Gluekwunsch zum Geburtstag, Julian! (I hope I spelled it right. I had my friend - a German exchange student in my Spanish class - tell me how to say "Happy Birthday" in German.) Actually, yesterday was his b-day (the 22nd), but I didn't have an access to a scanner until today. I would have submitted it yesterday, but...yeah, you know the deal. I hope he likes this. I think Ayane was his favourite DOA girl.This is Ayane from the XBOX 360 video game Dead or Alive 4. *Edit* She's in her c3 outfit, not c4. Sorry! I've only played the game once. I know the outfit isn't 100% accurate, but I only had so much reference to this particular outfit of hers.

Ah! Ayane! She's pretty! I've always liked her, even if I'm not the biggest fan of the DOA series. Not going to even touch an XBOX 360. Beautiful outfit though. Tecmo have some very inspired artists and designers to get out some decent imageware (Did I just shamefully make up a word or is that official?! @__@ meep)

It does seem like Helena is a "boss" of some sort in DOA4. As for the masked woman, it has to be Lisa! Looks just like her, unless it's her evil twin (which I doubt).

Oh, yueying.net is a great place for DW references. That is actually where I got my DW references from (for artwork & cosplay). Which DW is your favourite? I like DW5 the best, just because it's a very hard game to play. DW4 is great too.

The Wu Kingdom is the best to me. I'm glad to see they are your favourite too. To me, Wu has the coolest (and best looking) people, as well as the best fighters. I really like the new character Ling Tong...he's fast & strong! *_*
As for Shu, I like them a little bit. There are a pretty few good folks in that Kingdom, like Ma Chao, Xing Cai, Guan Ping, & Zhao Yun. Xing is my favourite lady in the game.
Wei...there are only three pretty people in that Kingdom: Zhen Ji, Cao Pi, & Zhang He. Cao Pi is a brat.

This picture came out lovely! She looks great, and I love the choice of background. Fuji, sakura, and a Japanese garden... so romantic~ XD if only I had that talent with backgrounds. I really struggle with them lately.

The background...I had such a time trying to figure out what to do in the background. Eventually I just decided I'd do a Japanese theme & kind of made it all up. ^_^ Romantic background? Now that I look at it, it is a pretty scene, especially with the flowering cherry trees.

Oh, you have never played the DOA games because you can't find them? Where do you live that such games aren't sold? You can find them online & if you trust eBay [sellers], you can get the games for cheap prices. They are fun games.
DOA Ultimate is a remake of DOA2, so DOA2 isn't really a recommendation from me. DOA 3 is good & DOA4 is also good (so far from what I got to play, which wasn't much.)
