Can tell I'm not solid on adding this to Kastraal because I'm being lazy and just calling it a dragon instead of a drake even though it doesn't have wings.
(Also it's labeled as misc, but still)
Mostly just drew this because I sketched a thing in my travel sketch book, decided I wanted to see it as a full drawing, and went on to do that.
I think it looks really cool. Seems like it'd have really slow movements when just going about doing normal things, so it looks like some sort of horror-movie-esque creature... it could probably run pretty fast, too, which would add to the fear factor.
Basically I'm thinking this thing is terrifying to encounter in the wild. It would also smell bad because swamp.
However if one were to domesticate/get one as a pet... That long stringy mane would be SUPER silky smooth and fun to pet.
Also they'd likely make good sentry animals, like a guard dog.. Low energy and quiet most of the time, but if they find you to be a threat, you're going down.
Also the contrast/brightness adjustments are really helpful, I just wish I could get to a point in my life where I could make a dark picture that isn't so dark I need those to lighten my pictures so other people can see at a glance what's going on.
(Will note; I did draw an eye on the face, however there's a branch that managed to go exactly in front of said eye, so you can't see it save for in the stream where I drew this.
