Well when I have my coloring done I multiply the whole pic, set it to "Screen" and reduce the opacity and thats it

I usually screw around with layersettings when I try out new stufff to get various glowing-effects

with layer setting you mean, changing colors, uhm darken etc ??

yep -> darken, soft light, hard light etc. (speaking of Photoshop)

Yeah so true - I hate it that Kubo always steals the spotlight from Ishida, Chad & Orihime - I want to see them more
I was so hoping that Orihime & Chad will kick some arses and what did we got?! Meh...

Well Orihime did show off her strengh in this arc, so I'm proud of my baby, she was the first to actually harm Ginjou, when protecting Ichigo.

Chad kicked some ass, Ishida was just pwned.

It's Ichigo's show...they had their moment in the sun now it's "kick ass time" too bad he's going to get trounced after a good showing ...mark my words. Kubo is a sadist and he likes to make Ichigo suffer A LOT before he triumphs. It's not nearly enough so expect Ginjou to pwn him in a chapter or so
