Yes, sir. Last Thursday it shot a plume of ash 9 miles into the air. Thankfully the wind blows away from the city, so the fallout didn't reach us. I was in an ash snow in 2003, frightening, because ash is basically glass crystals that can damage the respiratory system.Β Β
