Description
A flipable image of the main characters in seperate stories. The picture itself actually was done quite sometime ago. They're mirror images because the character that are reflecting on the other side has similar personality or for Nightmare's case, another version of the same character. Also created logos for the story to make them more distinguishable from each sides though the divider in the middle probably got that taken care of.
All characters and work are copyright to me.

Haha, I'm out of my computer chair turning my head upside down right now, trying to see it all. XD If my roommate was here, boy, the look that would be on her face.
As always, neat-o work! The stair-stepping placement you've given the characters and the diagonal feel keep the eye moving around the picture at a nice clip.
The Wishing Star logo is simply awesome. XD The Division Arc logo is great as well, but the stick part of the arrow behind the works is a tad bit awkward. >3> But that's just me. The sliver moon part does it's job splendidly, representing what it's supposed to.
*shuts up now* XD;

There's another simple way to see the picture the other way and I think it's much less labor, right-click and save the image and flip it around in the windows viewing program.
Hopefully the picture does have a good movement, I think the diagnal line is seperating the two pieces as indivisuals, though it's not a design work so it's ok.
Stick part of the arrow behind the works? I couldn't find a good placement for that logo so I had to find a corner that it fits. Overall I think the Wishing Star logo is standing out much better than the Division Arc one.

Well yeah, but then you take the fun out of it. XD (and I never think to do that~ )
It does, and the diagonal line doesn't mess with how the eyes travel either, like I'd expect it to. And a little seperation doesn't hurt anyone, when the two pieces are in seperate universes. x3
Yeah, the part that's right under the 'sion' of Division. It's interrupting the moon, which is messing with my head a little, that's all. XD; *shuts up* Where the logo is is great, though. The invisible line between it and the Wishing Star logo adds more to the diagonal look of the entire piece. x3
I'd have to agree with you, though~ The Wishing Star logo is a lot stronger than the Division Arc logo, and is brighter to boot, so it stands out a great deal. o3o

The logo itself needs to be bigger or against a clear background.
Wishing Star logo actually was created long ago but never been refined on computer, after so many years I finally got around to remake that logo to make it look "ok" to me. You can still find the old logo from my early work in the past.

Neat! If it were a book, would you be able to read one story one way, then flip the book and read the other story? ^_^

Hey that sounds like an idea. I think I've seen that kind of book mostly in guidebooks for games.

Hehehe, yeah that would be pretty cool.
In the guidebooks though, it's usually one language one way, and another the other way.

Hmm, i've heard that time is another dimension or so called 4th dimension....i dunno, there are still many mysteries within the world as we know it.

There are so many different worlds out there, it's kinda scary how science can bring those things up to the surface.

Whenver scientists thought of a new idea, they should question themselves "should theydo it?.." instead of "could they do it?..."

There are thousands of other dimensions. Every time you make a choice, even the unconscious decision to blink at a certain time, creates a hundred other dimensions where you did it differently.
Oh, yeah, and well done on the art. You said it was done a while ago, and it definitely shows the style of some of your earlier works, although a more... how can I say it... a more lush colouring method than the ones I've looked at to compare with.
Solid and dependable piece, and I really like the logos for the two stories... Any chance I could commission you to make the logo for my own series?

AzureRat In reply to Thaylien [2006-11-27 20:33:53 +0000 UTC]
One of those cause and effect theory isn't? I think that's why sometimes it's so hard to make choices because we don't know the path we'll be facing when we make certain decisions.
Yeah the picture was done about a month ago, I guess I'll have to be more flexable on which style to use in what kind of pictures.
Making logos? I'd want to help out but I'm still currently unable to accept commissions at the moment since I don't have online paypal account nor a P.O. Box (hopefully getting it soon). But we can have a small discussion about how you want your logo to look like, though much characteristics of the logo are reflexed by what kind of story you have in mind.

Heh, no hurry. When you open up for commissions again I'll drop you a line, until then thanks for the offer of help, I'll see if I can draw up something that might give you an idea. But again I'll say there's no hurry.
Thanks.

Wow's, I likes how the characters from the two stories are drawn out >w< It's like a parallel world!!
The logo for both of the stories look really nice :3 I like the "moon"-looking red thing for Division Arc X3
Hm, the whiteness kinda gets to me though..it still seems a little..incomplete? o_o
The coloring for the hair is nice as always...so shiney!!! >w<
Work on comicness!!! XO

Like another dimension. The world itself ish parallel. :3
As you know the moon supposed to represent the night as well as "arc".
Whiteness ish good I think, sometimes background makes characters blend with it.
Shiny hairness. Comicness. x3
