Rules:
-No claiming the design as your own
-If paying money/pts you have 24 hrs to do so unless you need me to put on hold then you got a week
-You get 2-3 weeks to finish the art or customs
-Do not sell the design for more than what you got it(so if you didn't pay money or points you can only trade unless you bought art)
