Hah! You thought I was making Rokusho, didn't you?
But nope, here's my favorite Medabot modelled in 3D: Mega-Emperor!

Despite his slowness, I always liked the design and damage he could cause. I used to think he was based off a caterpillar, a bug like the rhinoceros beetle (metabee) and the stagbeetle (rokusho). But to my surprise, he seems to be based on the Mantis Shrimp. After looking into the critter, I figured rather quickly that that shrimp is very suitable to represent a freaky death machine like Mega-Emperor.

Sadly school has given me alot of short deadlines and projects again, so progress will be a bit slower again. I'd still love to animate both Metabee and Mega-Emperor in a robattle.
Despite returning in pretty much all medabot games to my knowledge, I was a little disappointed at the battle in the medabots anime. Sure Metabee went ahead to confront Mega-Emperor, but other than dropping to his knees from exhaustion, nothing really happened until Mega-Emperor’s medal was manually removed by the Phantom Renegade. I feel like he deserves a 2nd chance, don’t you think?

Animating aside, I had alot of fun making their models. Maybe I'll make another 3D medabot model if nothing else takes my fancy first.
Maybe Pepper Cat? I dunno.
