Description These are considered to be an invasive species, and they are. They take over any meadows and fields that aren't regularly mowed. Even so, while they're blooming, the roadsides are beautiful and smell so sweet!

What!?! I am amazed at that! Delighted also, definitely. Honestly, I don't see why, your gallery is incredible and I keep some of your prettiest shots in mind as I attempt to compose my own. I really appreciate your saying so though, it gave my confidence a tremendous boost which I really appreciate as I had been feeling that my work is not very good and I need to explore more. If only there were more time! (I shouldn't jinx myself, my job is secure for the moment) Thank you so very much for that compliment, it made my day, several days in a row!

They do, and there are so many, all at once!

Are they also in your garden? Lovely!

No, I don't have any of these. They grow wild just about everywhere. The roadsides are so pretty when they're all blooming though they will eventually choke a field that isn't mowed. The thorns make ponds and other places too hard to get to sometimes....

We also have them in the wild but it could be that you had some in the garden also.
